3. Counter-Notification / 反論通知

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:

1. Your contact information and a description of the removed material and its location before removal.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by error or misidentification.
3. Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agreement to accept service of process.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to the same DMCA agent contact above. We will forward your counter-notice and, unless the original claimant files a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy / 繰り返し侵害者への対応

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Changes to This Policy / ポリシーの変更

We may update this DMCA Policy at any time by posting a revised version. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made.
