1. CNN Global Launch (1980): CNN began as the world’s first 24-hour news network on June 1, 1980.
2. Asia Expansion (1997): CNN International launched an Asia feed in late 1997 to serve regional markets.
3. CNNj Launch (2003): The Japan-tailored feed, CNNj, launched in April 2003 with Japanese narration and subtitles.
4. HD Transition & Digital (2010s–Present): Upgraded to full HD in 2013; added mobile app streaming and on-demand documentary blocks in the 2020s.
